We all know how important it is to moisturize on a daily basis. My favorite type of moisturizer is gel and not cream. I just feel that gel gets absorbed or dries faster on my skin. I use Olay's double action daily gel moisturizer for oily/combination skin. I use this everyday before applying my makeup and I really love it. I think this works best for me! xx

Face Powders ( For Summer ) - Review
(Image: 29secrets)
Here are my favorite Summer face powders. Just when I want to achieve that tanned/bronze look I always use these products:
1- Mac Mineralize skinfinish natural: I loooOoOove this powder, I always need it in my bag. It gives a nice soft finish and a beautiful tan color. I use it in medium dark.
(Image: clarehogan)
2- MaxFactor bronzing powder: This is one of my favorite over the counter products. I use this mostly to contour my cheekbones after applying the mac skinfinish.

*These products are part of my Summer makeup routine.
Eyebrow Kit - Review
(Image: nyxcosmetics)
Hey guys! There is nothing like having beautiful, thick, healthy-looking, defined eyebrows. To achieve that you need a really good brush and shade. One of my favorite eyebrow kits is the NYX one that comes with just about everything you need, well except for tweezers (assuming your eyebrows are groomed). I think by far it is one of the best shaping kits.
Here is what it includes:
1- 4 colors/shades.
2- 3 different stencil for eyebrow shaping.
3- comb.
4- brush.
It also includes a mirror from the inside and easy instructions.

I urge you guys to try this! xx
My Summer Makeup Routine - Review
(Image: mcollectiveblog)
Face
1- I first wash my face with cold water and pat it dry. ( shrinks pores )
2- Then I start with my face moisturizer. ( I use gel - I will add a post about it later )
3- I use a concealer under my eyes, nose area, and mouth. ( I DON'T use foundation in summer )
4- I apply a minerals face powder. ( It's usually a bronze color )
5- I contour.
6- Apply a peachy/rosy blush color.
Eyes
1- I always start by defining my brows.
2- I apply a medium brown color to my crease.
3- I apply eye liner to my water line and on my lids.
4- I apply mascara. ( since my eye makeup is light I make sure I apply as much mascara to achieve a dramatic look )
Lips
1- I always scrub my lips. ( Mix brown sugar and honey )
2- Apply a soft brown lip liner.
3- Apply soft peachy/nude colors. ( In some occasions I use plum color, it looks good on tan skin )
*in case you guys are wondering about what makeup products I use, I will add separate posts about them soon.

MAC Lipstick Swatches - Review
(Image: ezeliving)
Hey guys! It was long ago when I did my last MAC lipstick swatch so I decided to make another since I bought new interesting colors. Idk what it is about MAC but is it me or does everyone feel that one can never have enough MAC lipsticks? Well enjoy the swatches and please don't hesitate on letting me know if there is a color I am missing because I don't mind expanding my collection =D!!
My personal comments about each would be:
Hue: It did not look good on me flat on I had to have a base first and then add Hue on top. It looks nice with Myth.
Pink Nouveau: It is a beautiful Barbie pink that would look good on certain makeup looks. I also like to tone it down with Hue or Myth.
Impassioned: now this was recommended from one of the MAC ladies. She said it was a best seller. It is a gorgeous flashy color.
Myth: My love!!! I can wear it flat on (when I'm tan) or use it with different colors like kinda sexy. Or I can use it to tone other colors down. This color is a must have ladies!
Ruby woo: Well I like this a lot but I prefer Russian red because Ruby woo is just super matte and dry you cant wear it flat on unless you would like your lips to feel dry. Other than that... its is a gorgeous red color.

My Top 6 Foundations - Review
Ok babes so here is my top 6 foundations. Yes 6!! I hate sticking to one because each foundation gives you a different finish and texture but there should me one thing in common which is coverage!!
1- MAC Pro Longwear SPF 10 Foundation
The great thing about this is it is waterproof which is great for the beach or parties yes tested and tried I really love this one and especially that it comes with the applicator no need to purchase one or use your old one. SPF 10 as I said it good for the beach its longwear and it has good coverage. So yup this would be my number 1 for now.
2- Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse Foundation
Coverage is excellent!! However I think you need to dust a bit of powder on this. It leaves your skin looking smooth, fresh, and matte! I don't think I will ever stop using this foundation it will always be in my makeup bag.
3- Revlon ColorStay Foundation SPF 15
This foundation is great! Nice texture and color. However I only had one problem with it which is it leaves my face blotched if not blended well. Blending it is a workout for me you need perfectly spread it evenly to your face before it dries otherwise you will literally end up with blotches on your face. Other than that it is a very good foundation great coverage!
4- Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation SPF 15
This foundation is used by many celebs because it is obviously good. Well the coverage is medium and when u apply it at first it leaves this gooey texture on ur face so you gotta set it with powder. Overall it leaves a nice color and texture to your face.
5- L'Oreal infallible perfecting foundation
Ok a down side to it is it does not include SPF however it is long lasting and coverage is okay. It leaves your skin looking really fresh and natural in appose to cakey. It fills in your lines leaving your face flawless. My momy really loved this foundation.
6- L'Oreal true match foundation
Again no SPF but I like the way this foundation blends with your skin matching your color and texture. Coverage is ok. This foundation is for daily use I don’t recommend this for a party or an event. It is just for a natural looking skin.
I Apply all my fluid foundations with the beautyblender and if you're wondering what this is you can search it up in my blog it is in one of my posts. I do not recommend using the beauty blender with the mousse foundation though.
Well this is my top 6 for now if I ever get a cross a new one I will let you know.

Johnson's Baby Skincare Wipes - Tip
(Image: get price)
I, my sis, and mom have been using this since a very long time and I actually have yesterday. I passed this tip on to my friends Stephanie and got her hooked on it lol to my cousins as well. This is a really great alternative for makeup removal wipes because as I said this is a baby product after all and it is very gentle.
However, do not use any other baby Johnson's wipes except for this one because the others are actually dry and rough but this is the only one that is super wet and moist. Where to buy? Supermarkets and drugstores.
It is around DHS4 or 5 / around $2. You should definitely take a bite out of this product!
Clean & Clear ADVANTAGE® 2-in-1 Acne & Mark Eraser Kit - Product Review
Image: The spa health
Well since this is probably the number one beauty problem most girls face I thought of kicking off my blog with it. Now I don’t have perfect skin and I myself have had my share of pimples for the past 4 years. My skin tends to breakout normally if i sleep with my makeup or eat greasy food. But I have noticed by time my breakout has minimized and it is really not so bad, well at least not as bad as before.
Anyhow, I have had the clean & clear advantage kit for quiet sometime and was never really tempted to use it because I am always afraid that it might irritate my skin and seduce the breakout lol but however, I did try the daily protecting moisturizer and it is pretty good. I use it every morning before applying my makeup. Its SPF 15, helps clear marks, and is oil free!!! Something I need since my skin is mixed. So I really do recommend this product. The kit contains a cleanser, moisturizer, spot treatment, and a night cream.
Where did I buy it from? Well my dad got this for me when he was in the states (bless you daddy) but I think you can find this at drug stores maybe pharmacies. Or you can get it from www.shopcleanandclear.com and get more info about it from http://www.cleanandclear.com/.
