Lipstick Trends - Review

I was reading an article in a magazine about lipstick trends for this season because I am about to go lipstick hunting. The problem with lipsticks is that there are so many shades out there and not everyone is for you. It all depends on your lip shape, skin color, hair color, eye color, etc... So this article kind of helped me in a way because it actually stated 4 different colors and also mentioned who it would look best on. Oh and here is a cute bit... it even mentions the situation you should wear it in. So here it is:

You want to make the boys wink. Plus, it looks hot on blondes.

MAC Cosmetics - Review

Ok so yesterday I received a text message from MAC about their new line of cosmetics "Quite Cute" and it is actually quite cute! The colors are pale pinks and purples just the perfect girly girl makeup. Honestly I really did not enjoy the Wonder Woman collection very much because the colors were screaming and loud, typically not me, but this one is so soft and calm which really defines me!

Testing on animals - Review

I am sure you guys share the same feeling when you hear or read the term "tested on animals". I feel disgusted really because I have had rabbits as pets and the thought of them or any other animals being slaughtered and manipulated and abused makes me sick. I can't help but feel turned off as soon as I learn that a certain product is tested on animals. It’s funny how they proudly print it at the back of the product. Seriously... This is just sad :(. I have seen a video on some website on how animals are being skinned alive and left to die just so they can take their fur and sell it. It is really sickening. They are beat to death. But I am so sorry I don't wanna post this video here because it is revaluating and made me cry :(. I really hope this abuse stops and it all starts with us as consumers we need to stop buying such products and maybe that will make them realize that we are not interested in such cruelty even if it is for our own benefit.

The Royal Wedding - Review

Ok so this is a little late but I just had to post and say that Catherine looked so simple but yet so elegant. Prince William is cute as usual but is he getting bald? Anyhow, the wedding was like a fairytale I felt like I was watching a Disney cartoon like Cinderella or something. It was such a beautiful wedding and Catherine looked so happy and relaxed which is something most brides DON'T do. However, a lot of people have been comparing Catherine to Diana which I don’t think should be the case because Princess Diana was one thing and Kate is another. I really don't see a comparison and I don't think they should be compared because with all my love and respect for Princess Diana, she was different in her own way and she made a difference and left her mark. But now Catherine is here and this is a new dawn so I really hope her marriage will be a successful one and not as edgy and shakey as his father’s with princess D. Let's hope Catherine will be special in her own way and also make a difference, not necessarily like princess D but she should be smart and know what to do. I wish them all the best!!!

Enough about the wedding. Her dress is simple and beautiful and perfect! I love the lacey part. Her makeup was also simple which is something that all brides should be! It's your wedding and I don't think you should look different with all the dramatic makeup. You should look like youself.

Nail Shapes - Review

What is your favorite nail shape? Well mine has always been square. I have never tried round, oval, pointy or anything of such. However, my cousin tempted me to try and go for an oval shape because she thinks that they look more feminine. Somehow if I chose the oval shape I don’t think that a French manicure would look as good as it does on square. Well I don’t know but nail shape hopping is not my thing but at the same time I’m just so ahhh tempted. I’m going to the nail bar today and have someone help me with that. There is a funny named shape called squoval lol I hear this is in style for summer, hmm well let’s see.
