Moroccan Bath - Review

(Image: smartbox)

Ok so last night I was talked through trying a Moroccan bath because apparently this is something a lot of my friends do routinely. I have never tried a Moroccan bath before and I am always skeptical on trying new things especially if it has something to do with skin because mine is super sensitive. So I finally tried it yesterday and I thought of making this informative post about my experience for those of you who hadn't or have never heard about it.

So basically a woman walks you to a steam room that has a bed where u can lay there. She washes your hair first and then starts rubbing a jelly cream that is especially made and bought from Morocco. It was an olive oil cream if I remember. Anyhow, forgot to mention that you need to use disposable underwear if your shy (like me) or you can just be topless and just cover your bottoms with an underwear. So she rubs the jelly all over your body and then leaves you in the steam room for about 15-20 minutes. Note if you are extremely claustrophobic then make sure you tell her so she won't leave u in there for so long cz it gets really foggy. But this process is an important one because the steam will soften your skin and that helps in the exfoliating process. After you lay there in the steam she then gets a very harsh and rough loofah and starts rubbing every part of your body really hard. It was painful but the kind of pain you can bare. Then, she asked me to look at my arm and all I could see was dead skin yukkk!! It was rubbing off and It was 24 years of dead skin lol. It is pretty gross at first when you watch your skin shed but then you get used to it.

She then washes it all off and you get to dry up and leave. Now after washing up my skin was really soft! I could not stop playing with it literally. It felt like new baby skin. So shiny and glowy. I am glad I did this.
Moroccan bath is something you should defiantly do before your wedding because your skin looks and feels flawless. this bath is good for both your mental and physical health!

Bois 1920 - Review

 (Image: nstperfume)

This is another, yes another, perfume review and I am totally loving it. Didn't I tell you guys I am a perfume addict? Anyways, I did not actually buy this I got it as a gift from a dear friend and apparently it is a member of a range of perfumes. This one is called ‘Notturno Fiorentino’. Guys I always promise to share with you the best and only the best and this is one of them. It smells like.... hmm how do I put it? Baby powder? its like a mixture of cupcake and baby powder but that's just my opinion lol. The REAL notes include bergamot, black pepper, jasmine, rose, blackcurrant, vanilla, white musk, cedar and tonka bean.

I think you can purchase it at Saks for AED700 if I'm not mistaken. But if this bottle ever runs out I will buy another. Let alone the bottle looks so cute and the packaging. It is said that every man who smells it will never forget the woman who wore it ahem ahem. So guys I urge you to take a bite out of this product I am sure most if not all of you would like it.

Versace for H&M - News

 (Image: collegefashion)

Ok so the day has finally come here in Dubai where Versace finally collaborated with H&M. Now that's why I love H&M because it's so versatile. I was shopping there the other day when I asked the guy behind the counter when is the date for this event and he said 17th of Nov (which is today) but he gave me a heart to heart tip. He said that if i wanted to lay my hands on the goodies I better queue up at 5am at the Dubai Mall or Emirates Mall. He also added that the store will open at 8am just on the first day (it usually opens at 10am). But seriously, 5am? I've got better things to do like umm.... sleep? He said A lot of women pile up from 5am waiting till 8 for the store to open lol. It reminds me of concerts and football games. I don't know how these women do it but to pile up at 5am on a Thursday wow I really salute you. I will probably visit the store sometimes soon in hope that not all the goodies are gone.

Below are some images of dresses that are being sold have a look:

My #1 Mascara For Fall - Review

(Image: lipglossismylife)

Hey guys it's been a while since I posted anything. I was thinking about a product that I have embraced this season and I guess it's my mascara! I was out with my cousin yesterday and she actually thought I had falsies on! I was upset cz I had no falsies on!! but then I was like hmmm no hang on this is actually a compliment. She asked what mascara I was using and that she would buy it. It's the Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion! I actually swear by it.  I also believe that the way you apply the mascara and the number of quotes can make a major difference. How I use it is I use soft strokes all around my lashes strarting from the roots and slowly lifting them upwards. I will let them dry for a minute as I apply mascara to my other eye. Then I apply a second quote and wait for a minute and finally apply the 3rd quote! I make sure I go over every lash and this way really works for me and gives me a super dramatic look. I guess Max Factor False Lash Effect really did give me the false lash effect! It gives you both length and volume. Love it! If you have not tried it yet then take a bite out of this product asap xx

Kim Kardashian Files For Divorce? - News

(Image: uk.omg.yahoo)

Ok before I panic or everyone else panics I have just came across this news online and just wanted to make sure its true. I don't really care if it ended for real or not but if it has then what a pity. It only lasted 72 days? Kim made this marriage sound like a fairy tale or a dream so what happened? As a lot of websites claim the problem behind this file was as Kim stated "irreconcilable differences". I honestly don't know who to feel sorry for? This news is just so confusing. There are rumours of Kris cheating but not sure about it yet. Well whether it’s true or not I wish luck for both of them.

Kim Kardashian says: "After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best." (Quote: omg.yahoo)
